From the Artists:

As recent graduates working in CCP it was a great experience to get to know the Wimmera community and develop a relationship with the Art Is… Festival. The project also provided lead artist, Renae, with a hands-on experience of project management – creating artist contracts, managing PLI and coordinating project costs.

 

The diverse range of sites that we set up the booth in also gave us more information when working within a variety of public spaces. The responses given were different depending on the location, from the gallery to the local shopping mall. Therefore our approach and the depth of our conversations shifted dramatically and we had to listen to the participants and the site.
